Rent in Tiny Towns are all inclusive, so all residents when connected to the town can enjoy full services without additional costs. Site rentals are by the month, running from the 1st to the last day of each month. Site availability, bookings, and payments are processed online and residents in any town can check the availability of any site across the network and then book it through the central booking system.
Tiny Towns can keep rents low by requiring that all citizens volunteer 10 hours each month as part of their residency. Projects, jobs, and tasks by the town are listed on the website and all citizens may select their volunteering on a first come, first served basis. Volunteer hours may not be paid in cash to the association. Citizens may barter with other citizens to fulfill their volunteer requirements, should they choose.
