Program Overview

In an ideal world, all citizens would be taxpaying supporters of the system and not rely on social programs as a means of survival. The ARTO Program aims to assist people to become homeowners and move away from social program support.

Our plan to create Tiny Towns and integrate the ARTO Program into each town, pairs people who have nothing because of their life situation, with people that have little based on their lifestyle choice. A key way that everyone learns is by example, and we feel that the environment we are creating will help Program participants regain their self-esteem. The program is designed to bring all citizens together and create a living, working and social community that will help program participants become an active part of society.

Our program Tiny Homes are complete self-contained homes. They include everything necessary to live and even things not found in every apartment and home. The big thing they lack is size, but we don’t see this as an issue.
